Cancellation

We only allow cancellations that are handled over the phone. There are no cancellations sent through the mail. Based on the reservations you made with us, many of them are non-refundable, as that's how the airline operates.

If you cancel your reservation, we cannot guarantee a refund, as it depends on the airline and hotel service's refund policies.

Refund

Refunds depend on how the Airlines and hotels handle the situation, and we cannot guarantee any discounts. If you cancel your reservation within 24 hours, you will receive a refund. We remove a similar record from the location where the reservation is made.

Regardless, we can't accept a different record or mode to reverse the amount. A refund to the original method of payment takes about 10 to 15 business days to process.

The bank may require additional time to display the total amount in your account. In some rare cases, the money might not show up in your bank account for up to 60 to 90 days.

We don't refund our service fee unless the cancellation is made at least 24 hours before the scheduled time.
